Beechfield Lodge accommodates up to 60 people and had 55 residents at the time of inspection. People living at the home and their relatives reported feeling safe. The service maintained sufficient staffing levels and followed correct recruitment procedures. Risks were effectively managed with accidents and incidents properly monitored.

Residents were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff enabling them to make decisions about their care and support.
