Headingley Nursing Home

Headingley nursing home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 38 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 35 people were using the service.

Inspectors found a lack of oversight on safeguarding concerns, with not all concerns being raised and the safeguarding log lacking detail. Care plans contained information to help staff manage risks to people's health and wellbeing, though some records were vague. The provider was overseeing maintenance of the home and working to improve it to keep people safe. Staffing levels were adequate, with enough staff employed to meet people's needs.
