Inspectors found a positive, open safety culture, with risks and medicines well managed and staff treating people with kindness and respect. Most people and relatives praised the food, care and staff, though one person said call buzzers were not always answered promptly. Management was found to have clear accountability and a strong focus on ongoing improvement.
