Paisley Lodge accommodates up to 45 older people, with 32 residents living there at inspection. The home had implemented robust infection control measures, including screening and temperature checks for all visitors, with a dedicated ground floor lounge featuring a purpose-built screen to enable safe visits without visitors walking through the main building. Staff and residents were tested for COVID-19 in line with government guidance, and new admissions followed appropriate protocols. The provider maintained an up-to-date infection prevention and control policy and carried out risk assessments to evaluate the impact of COVID-19 on people and staff.
