Corinthian House

Corinthian House accommodates up to 70 people requiring nursing and personal care support, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 33 residents were living in the home. The provider has worked to address previous concerns and shows signs of improvement, though quality assurance systems need stronger embedding. Recording of daily care required greater consistency and detail.

Mixed feedback emerged regarding staffing levels, with some residents, relatives and staff raising concerns about staff availability on each floor. While the home has made progress in responding to previous recommendations, ongoing work is needed to strengthen operational systems and documentation practices.
