Hazeldene Residential Care Home

Hazeldene provides accommodation and personal care for up to 27 older people, many with dementia. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity with 27 residents.

Residents and families gave very positive feedback, describing staff as kind and caring. Inspectors observed positive communication between staff and residents throughout the home. People were supported to eat a varied and nutritious diet based on their individual preferences, and residents were complimentary about the food, reporting they had enough to eat and drink. Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control over their daily lives.
