Elizabethlodge

Elizabeth Lodge is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care to older people, with capacity for up to 18 residents. At the time of inspection, 16 people were living at the service.

Care was safe, with effective systems for safeguarding and managing incidents and accidents. Medicines management followed good practice guidance, and staffing levels supported safe care delivery. The home implemented appropriate recruitment practices with thorough checks before staff began work. Accidents and incidents were reported, recorded and analysed, with lessons shared among staff to prevent future occurrences.
