Hawkhurst House

Hawkhurst House provides personal and nursing care for up to 85 people through both a care home and supported living service, located in the same building. At the time of inspection, 55 people were living at the home. Service users are predominantly older people, some living with dementia and nursing care needs. The home has been designated by the Local Authority as a service provider for people leaving hospital who have tested positive for COVID-19 during their isolation period. This designated area operates on a separate floor with its own entrance and exit, with staff working exclusively in that area to maintain separation from other parts of the home.
