Hatherleigh Care Village

Hatherleigh Care Village is located near Okehampton in Devon and provides nursing or personal care for up to 53 people across 3 floors. The service cares for people living with dementia and those with nursing needs. At inspection, 52 people were living at the service.

People told inspectors they felt safe with staff, and observations supported this. While people received their medicines as prescribed, some areas for improvement were identified. The service has safeguarding systems and processes in place to minimise risks of abuse to people.
