Harding House supports deaf adults with mental health needs, accommodating up to 10 people. At inspection, 9 residents were using the service. People felt safe living there, with staff trained to identify, prevent and report abuse.

The home effectively assessed and managed risks, and medicines were administered safely as prescribed. The environment was clean and hygienic, with staff following infection control best practices.

Staffing levels were adequate to meet people's needs promptly. The home had appropriate recruitment procedures in place with thorough pre-employment checks completed before staff began work. Staff were competent, well-trained and received proper support in their roles, ensuring people's needs were effectively met.
