Cambuslodge provides personal care to five adults with learning disabilities in Fulham. The service prioritises choice, control and independence, encouraging people to develop new skills and take on responsibilities in running the house. People are supported to pursue their interests and activities of their choosing, and staff advocate for them to receive the healthcare support they need.

Residents told inspectors they were happy at the service and praised staff, describing them as "very nice, incredible really. " The home has a friendly dog who has lived there for many years, and residents actively participate in walking, feeding and caring for her.
