Harwood Road

People described Harwood Road as a safe place to live. Risk assessments are regularly reviewed, allowing residents to take acceptable risks while living safely. Accidents, incidents, and safeguarding concerns are properly reported, investigated, and recorded.

The service has sufficient suitably recruited staff to meet people's needs. Staff safely administer medicines and use personal protective equipment effectively in line with current guidance. Infection prevention and control policies are up to date. Healthcare professionals and residents confirm that effective care is provided without discrimination, with equality and diversity needs met.
