Large photo ID staff badges help people identify staff members clearly, particularly important given mask-wearing requirements. The home has invested in two outside seating pods, enabling residents to meet safely with families and friends in fresh air. To support new arrivals, the service created a photo guide showcasing the home and arranged regular video calls with incoming residents, helping them develop familiarity with the environment before moving in.
