Care workers demonstrated good infection prevention and control practices, with staff trained in current guidance and PPE stations available throughout the facility. Observations confirmed workers consistently adhered to PPE and social distancing requirements. The home maintained clear processes for visitor screening, including COVID-19 symptom checks and negative lateral flow tests on arrival, while ensuring residents could stay connected with family and friends. Both residents and staff participated in regular COVID-19 testing in line with government guidance.
