Hall Bank Mews

Hall bank Mews accommodates up to 10 people in a two-storey property split into three separate living areas, each with its own dining room and communal space. At the time of inspection, nine people were using the service. Staff provided kind and caring support, demonstrating good knowledge of residents and their individual needs. Staff promoted person-centred care and encouraged people to make choices about how their care was delivered.
