Hadley Lawns Care Home

Hadley Lawns Care Home provides accommodation, nursing and personal care for up to 44 older people, and was supporting 36 people at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that risks were well managed, staffing levels were sufficient and recruitment processes were robust. Medicines were handled safely and the home was clean and well maintained.

Inspectors found a strong learning culture, with leaders described as visible, supportive and approachable. Staff felt valued and treated fairly, and received good training and supervision. People and their relatives spoke positively about the kindness of staff and their confidence in the service.
