Carlton Court Care Home

Carlton Court Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 85 people, including older people, those living with dementia, and younger adults. At inspection, 68 people were using the service.

People told inspectors they felt safe. Staff had received training in safeguarding and demonstrated understanding of the signs of abuse and how to report concerns. Medicines were managed and administered safely by trained staff, with sufficient staffing deployed to meet people's needs in a timely manner. Risk assessments were in place and regularly reviewed to minimise potential harm.
