Eleanor Palmer Trust provides personal and nursing care to up to 33 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, all 33 places were occupied.

Recent management changes have prompted improvements to service quality and safety. The new registered manager is establishing new systems and processes with clearer structures for monitoring and accountability. The provider continues to work with the local authority quality assurance team to develop the service further.
