Abbey Ravenscroft Park Nursing Home

Abbey Ravenscroft Park Nursing Home is a purpose-built care home with three residential floors, each with adapted facilities and lift access. At the time of inspection, 53 people were living at the service. The home provides nursing and personal care to its residents. Relatives reported that people were safe and received good care and support.

Staff recruitment processes had been improved with safer procedures in place. Health, medical and care risks were properly assessed and documented with clear guidance on how to minimise them. People received their medicines safely and as prescribed. There were sufficient staff to meet people's needs, and systems were established to keep people safe.
