Abbey Ravenscroft Park Nursing Home

Abbey Ravenscroft Park Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 78 people, some living with dementia, mental health needs or physical health conditions. Around 61 people were living there when the CQC assessed the service, which is now rated Good overall.

Inspectors found previous concerns about safe care, dignity and governance had been addressed, with a refurbished, safe environment and well-managed medicines. Staff treated people with kindness and respect, involving them in care planning. Some minor improvements were still needed, including better access to and organisation of care plan information.
