Sebright House Care Home in provides personal and nursing care for up to 40 people, including some with complex dementia needs. Audits were not detailed enough, risk management plans lacked involvement from people and relatives, staff training was not proactively managed, and premises maintenance fell short, increasing infection risk.

Inspectors found staff to be kind, and people and relatives reported feeling safe and well cared for. However, care plans lacked personal detail, meaningful activities were limited, and best interest decision-making was not always clearly recorded. A new manager had been appointed and had already begun identifying improvements needed.
