Grosvenor Manor Care Centre

Grosvenor Manor is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care for up to 81 older people across a two-storey adapted building. At inspection, 71 people were living at the home. The provider had developed robust policies and procedures to manage risks relating to the Covid-19 pandemic, which were regularly updated and clear to follow. While residents were unable to receive in-person visits at the time of inspection, the home facilitated contact through telephone and videocalls, and had designated visiting areas with protective screens in preparation for future visits.

People receiving care spoke positively about their experience and reported being happy living at the home. Relatives felt well informed despite restrictions on in-person visits, with one family member commenting: "Grosvenor Manor is very good at generally keeping in touch and so I have a sense of what's going on." Relatives shared positive feedback about the service overall.
