Deewater Grange

Deewater Grange accommodates up to 58 older people and younger adults with physical disabilities and dementia across separate wings for residential dementia care, nursing dementia care, and general nursing. All rooms include en-suite facilities, with additional communal bathing and toilet facilities throughout the home. At inspection, 51 people were using the service.

The home demonstrates robust recruitment procedures ensuring staff are safely recruited. New staff complete induction and undertake shadow shifts to build understanding of their role and the people they support.
