Grenham Bay Court

Grenham Bay Court provides accommodation and personal care for 36 older people. At the time of inspection, 29 residents were living in the home. The home had implemented comprehensive infection control measures including a visitor booking system, hand washing stations at entry points and throughout the building, and provision of PPE and hand sanitiser. Visitor temperatures were monitored. Residents were supported to maintain contact with friends and family through technology, including the use of tablets for communication.
