Blossom House

Blossom House provides residential accommodation and personal care for up to two people living with a learning disability. At the time of inspection, two people were living at the home.

During the unannounced visit, inspectors observed the care provided and the premises. The service maintains a Good rating, demonstrating consistent quality in supporting its residents with their accommodation and personal care needs.
