Green Park Care Home

Green Park accommodates up to 103 older people, including those living with dementia, across four units. At inspection, 69 residents were living at the home. The service has effective governance and quality assurance measures in place that monitor care provision and help improve safety and quality. However, inspectors found that not all units were operating to the same consistent standard, and made a recommendation to address this.

People receive care and support tailored to their individual needs. Risk areas are appropriately assessed and relevant support measures are implemented to maintain residents' overall health and wellbeing.
