Green Lodge

Green Lodge is a purpose-built care home across two floors divided into three units. Oak unit on the lower floor accommodates up to 25 people with residential care needs. The upper floor contains Cedar, a dedicated dementia care unit for older people living with dementia that can accommodate up to 17 people, and Ash, which offers early onset dementia care for up to 15 people. At inspection, nine people were on Cedar and 19 on Oak, with Ash temporarily closed.

People felt safe and were supported by staff who were recruited safely and understood the risks associated with people's care. Medicines were managed safely and infection prevention and control procedures were followed. Staff created a warm and welcoming environment, providing kind and caring support to residents.
