Green Gables accommodates 17 residents aged 65 and over across two floors, with communal areas on the ground floor. The home supports people with personal care needs and medicine management. Staff understand their safeguarding responsibilities and have procedures in place to protect residents from abuse, with risk assessments providing guidance for care delivery.

However, inspectors identified gaps in medicine administration records. While staff generally supported people to receive their medicines, those prescribed medicated creams were not consistently recorded on medicine administration records. The service has been recommended to improve this documentation practice to ensure proper oversight of all medication administration.
