About Great West Lodge
Great West Lodge supports nine people with mental health needs. The service has effective safeguarding systems in place, and staff are recruited safely with access to supervision and training to develop their skills. During the inspection, inspectors identified that the provider needed more robust audits for medicines administration records. The provider took immediate action and subsequently provided evidence demonstrating improvements to their auditing system.
