Grange Cottage Residential Home

Grange Cottage provides residential personal care to up to 33 older people, many living with dementia, with no nursing provision. At inspection, 30 people were using the service. Staff numbers are sufficient to meet people's care needs, and staff demonstrate strong knowledge of safety risks, supporting residents to minimise them effectively. Care records contain detailed risk management information. The home has robust safeguarding processes in place to protect vulnerable adults and investigates incidents to learn lessons. Staff follow current infection control practices to protect people from catching and spreading viruses.
