Eversfield House

Eversfield House provides personal care to up to 24 people, and 23 people were using the service at the time of assessment. The CQC found the home had improved considerably following earlier concerns about staffing and management, and rated it Good overall.

Risks were now well managed, staffing levels were adequate, and medicines were handled safely. People were involved in planning their own care, and staff knew them well. However, the provider had no registered manager in post and had failed to submit required statutory notifications, so well-led practice still needed improvement.
