Grafton Manor

Grafton Manor is a care home providing accommodation with nursing and personal care for a small number of people. Inspectors found people did not always receive person-centred care, and medicines were not always given as prescribed, though action had been taken to reduce risk.

People and relatives said they felt safe and that staff were skilled and available in sufficient numbers. There was no registered manager in post, and while oversight systems had improved, these needed more time to become fully established. The home was undergoing refurbishment, with some areas needing better security.
