Orchard House provides personal and nursing care to up to 22 people, specialising in support for those with acquired brain injuries. At inspection, 21 people were using the service. The home is exceptionally well-led, with managers and staff focused on person-centred care that empowers people to reach their goals.

There is a strong culture of learning from people's experiences and incidents, with people actively encouraged to raise concerns through innovative methods. Staff create a safe and nurturing environment, supporting people to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible. The highly trained and committed staff team safely manage medicines, assess risks to people's health and wellbeing, and implement appropriate safeguarding measures.
