Brook House Care Home

Brook House provides personal and nursing care for up to 53 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 22 people were using the service. Staff had been safely recruited and received sufficient training to meet residents' needs, with risk assessments completed to ensure people were supported safely. The home protected people from infections such as COVID-19 through cleaning schedules, appropriate use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to government guidance on testing and visiting. Medicines were appropriately managed, and staff supported people to maintain good health.
