Gracelands Care Home

Gracelands Care Home provides personal care for up to 43 residents, some living with dementia or physical disabilities, in a single adapted building. At inspection, 33 people were using the service.

Residents felt safe and would recommend the home as a great place to live. The home maintains thorough recruitment processes to ensure suitable staff are employed, with staffing levels regularly reviewed to ensure they remain sufficient. Observations showed staff had time to meaningfully engage with people. Medicines were managed safely with robust quality assurance processes in place to identify any issues.
