Belmont View

Belmont View provides personal care for up to 50 people across two floors, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 47 residents were living at the service. The atmosphere was cheerful and homely, with one person saying "It's just like being at home." Residents and their relatives reported feeling happy and safe with the care they received, with relatives confident their family members were well cared for.

The home took a proactive approach to assessing and managing risk, allowing people to remain as independent as possible. Care plans were detailed and informative, identifying specific individual needs. Staff delivered person-centred care and demonstrated passion about supporting residents, with a wide range of activities provided daily.
