About Gorsefield Residential Home
Gorsefield is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care for up to 17 people, with 15 residents at the time of inspection, some living with dementia. Staff levels were inconsistent, meaning people did not always receive the support they needed. Care and support were not consistently responsive to residents' needs. The home's quality monitoring systems were not always effective, and improvements were not being driven consistently across the service.
