Inspectors found staff were exceptionally kind and skilled, using best practice to help people live healthy, independent lives on their own terms. Leadership was strong, with a culture of continuous learning, trust and equality. People and relatives spoke warmly of the care, describing staff as knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely committed to their wellbeing.
