Glentworth House

Glentworth House accommodates up to 33 people and specialises in providing nursing care for adults over 65, including those living with dementia or mental health conditions. The home had 29 residents at the time of inspection.

Visiting was permitted in line with government guidance with robust infection prevention measures including temperature checks, lateral flow testing, and a detailed questionnaire on arrival. Management had implemented a traffic light system using coloured dots on each resident's care plan to facilitate communication about their individual health and support needs.
