Glentworth House

Glentworth House provides nursing care for people with complex needs, including some living with dementia. The CQC rated the service Outstanding, an improvement from its previous Requires Improvement rating, after inspectors found that shortfalls identified last time had been fully addressed.

Inspectors found staff were exceptionally kind and skilled, using best practice to help people live healthy, independent lives on their own terms. Leadership was strong, with a culture of continuous learning, trust and equality. People and relatives spoke warmly of the care, describing staff as knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely committed to their wellbeing.
