Bon Accord

This residential care home provides personal and nursing care for up to 41 people, currently supporting 27 residents. It caters to older people, those with dementia or mental health problems, younger adults with physical disabilities, and people with sensory loss, all accommodated in one adapted building.

People using the service spoke highly of the staff, describing them as kind and caring. However, management systems for monitoring quality were inconsistent and some shortfalls, including in record keeping, had not been identified. Following the inspection, the registered manager confirmed taking action to address these issues.
