Glenholme Residential Care Home

Glenholme provides residential care and accommodation to 40 older people, including those living with dementia. Relatives consistently praised the caring nature of staff and their strong relationships with residents. One relative said, "No words can describe the peace of mind and happiness that the staff have given back to my relative," while another noted, "So much respect for the residents from the staff, it is lovely to see my relative being cherished in this way." Staffing levels were sufficient to keep people safe, with staff trained in safeguarding and clear about raising concerns when needed.

The home respected residents' individuality and diversity, tailoring support to personal needs including dietary preferences. Staff managed medicines safely through effective assessment processes and provided care discreetly and with compassion. A relative commented, "The care and staff, all of them are champion." Residents were supported to maintain contact with family and friends, and their privacy was respected throughout their stay.
