Ashton Grange Residential Home

Ashton Grange provides accommodation for up to 39 people with personal care needs, including those living with dementia. On inspection, 34 people were residents at the service. Staff demonstrated good infection control practices, using PPE correctly and maintaining enhanced cleaning protocols, including regular disinfection of frequent touchpoints. Visitors were appropriately screened before entry and provided with suitable PPE.

The home supported residents in maintaining contact with relatives and staff provided additional activities during this period. The service was observed to be clean and well-maintained throughout.
