Staff were described as skilled, well trained and attentive, managing risks and medicines safely. People felt safe, involved in their care, and confident that concerns would be acted upon. Leaders were visible and supportive, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement, with residents speaking warmly of the kindness they received.
