The provider demonstrated strong practice in supporting family connections by working with relatives to arrange visits suited to their needs, including window and outdoor visits during periods of restriction. Staff made particular efforts to maintain continuity of care by minimizing reliance on agency workers, with existing team members covering additional shifts to ensure residents benefited from consistent relationships with familiar carers.
