Glebe House

Glebe House provides personal care for up to 12 people with mental health conditions in an adapted two-storey building. At inspection, 11 people were living there.

Inspectors found gaps in medicine administration records and identified issues with protocols for as-needed medicines. In one instance, protocols were incorrect, and in another they were missing entirely. The provider's quality assurance systems had not previously identified these concerns with medicines management. Following the inspection, the provider provided evidence of changes made to improve the situation.
