Blossom House Residential Home

Blossom House provides residential care for up to 40 people, including younger and older adults with physical disabilities and dementia. At inspection, 31 residents were living at the home. The registered manager and provider have made significant improvements to the service. People receive personalised care shaped around their individual needs, choices, and preferences. Care plans reflect each person's individual requirements and are reviewed regularly, with end of life wishes consistently recorded.
