Cleeve House

Cleeve House provides residential care for up to 23 people, with 22 residents at the time of inspection. Staff are trained to recognise signs of abuse and manage risks safely, while competent team members support residents with medicines administration. The home follows effective infection prevention and control procedures and maintains person-centred care planning tailored to individual needs. Residents are promptly referred to additional healthcare services when required and receive support maintaining a healthy diet.

The physical environment is designed to support residents' mobility and orientation needs. Staff demonstrate kindness and compassion, building positive relationships with the people they care for and showing awareness of individual protected characteristics.
