Frenchay House

Following a recent assessment, inspectors found significant improvements had been made and the home is now rated Good overall.

The environment had been upgraded and was clean and well maintained, meals had improved considerably, and staffing levels were sufficient. People and relatives described staff as kind, caring and responsive, with an experienced management team providing good oversight, though some relatives said they did not know the managers personally.
