About Beachcroft House

Beachcroft House is a nursing care home in Westminster, supporting older people with physical disabilities, frailty, and dementia. Details from the most recent CQC inspection are set out below.

Beachcroft House is a purpose-built care home across five floors providing personal care and nursing care to older people with physical disabilities, frailty, and dementia. At the time of inspection, 50 people were living at the service with a further two in hospital. The home offers a range of communal areas and facilities, though the designated nursing care suite had not yet opened.

People and their relatives reported being happy with the quality of care and support they received. Care and support was developed to meet individual needs as reflected in care plans. However, some individual assessments to identify and manage risks to people's safety required improvement.
