Hilgay Care Home

Some aspects of medicines management needed improvement, and concerns were promptly addressed by the registered manager. A few people and healthcare professionals raised concerns about staffing levels, though these were listened to and acted on. Overall, inspectors found people were safe, well cared for by kind staff, and supported by an effective management team.
