About Hilgay Care Home
Hilgay Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 35 older people living with frailty, dementia and other health-related conditions. At the time of inspection, 17 people were living at the home.
Residents reported being happy with their care, describing staff as kind and caring. One person commented, "I am very happy here, the staff are all pleasant and easy to get on with." Risks to people are assessed and managed, with clear care plans in place to guide staff in providing safe and effective care.
