This assessment followed a serious incident and focused specifically on how risks and medicines were managed, rather than covering all areas of care. Inspectors found risks to people were properly assessed and managed, and medicines were handled safely. Relatives praised staff for knowing residents well, spotting emerging risks, and keeping families well informed of any changes.
