Stepping Stones Red Marley is a nursing home providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health conditions, for up to 19 people. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding staff knowledgeable, kind and person centred, with people and relatives largely positive about care and management.

Inspectors found sufficient staff, safe recruitment and good risk management, though some improvements were needed around medicines storage and monitoring, and the building needed redecoration. The service did not fully meet all aspects of best practice guidance for supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, though it balanced choice with safety well.
